The Africa Research Excellence Fund (AREF) has opened applications for the Essential Grant Writing Skills Programme (June–July 2026).
This programme is designed to help researchers strengthen their grant proposal writing skills, improve funding success rates, and better compete for international research funding opportunities.
Participants will receive structured training focused on developing competitive research proposals and understanding the requirements of major funding bodies.
