FUNDING OPPORTUNITY: Up to $150K for Innovative Women's Health Metrics Women's health has long been underrepresented and poorly measured in global health frameworks. Traditional metrics-such as Disability-Adjusted Life Years (DALY)-fail to capture the multidimensional and gender-sensitive factors shaping health outcomes. To bridge this critical gap, the Gates Foundation is launching a Grand Challenges RFP to develop new, innovative approaches to measuring women's health globally.
