MENTOR’S HOUR RECAP
We successfully held the year’s first Mentor’s Hour with Maj Gen (Dr) T.O. Umar on the topic:
Doctors’ Career in the Military: A Double Sacrifice — Daunting and Rewarding.
The session was insightful, reflective and deeply engaging, offering members a rare perspective into the realities of combining medicine with military service.
We are grateful to our mentor for providing a structured and enlightening perspective on the demands and rewards of military medical service. We also acknowledge the valuable contributions of the other officers present, whose inputs further strengthened the session.
Our gratitude also goes to the organizers for their coordination efforts and to all members who participated and enriched the session with their presence and contributions.
