Leventis Foundation One-Year Agribusiness Training Programme 2026 (Fully Sponsored)
The Leventis Foundation Nigeria Agricultural Training School is now accepting applications for its One-Year Training Programme in Agribusiness for the 2026 academic session. The programme is fully sponsored, with tuition, accommodation, and feeding provided at no cost, and is designed to equip young men and women with practical skills in modern and sustainable agriculture.
The training focuses on developing participants’ abilities to establish, manage, and maintain profitable farm enterprises, while promoting sustainability across agricultural and food systems. Participants will receive hands-on training across multiple agricultural value chains, combining classroom instruction with practical field experience.
Areas of training include crop production, animal and fishery production, enterprises development (processing, packaging, and value addition), basic agricultural engineering, farm management and extension, agroforestry, and beekeeping. Graduates of the programme are expected to become technically proficient agripreneurs capable of contributing meaningfully to food security and economic development.
The programme is open to applicants aged 18–40 years who have a strong interest in agribusiness, are physically fit, and can read, write, and speak English. Successful candidates will be trained at Leventis Foundation Agricultural Training Schools located in Yaba (Abaji, FCT Abuja), Ilesha (Osun State), and Panda (Kano State).
