AREF Essential Grant Writing Skills Programme (June–July 2026)
The Africa Research Excellence Fund (AREF) has announced a Grant Writing Opportunity for emerging African researchers through its Essential Grant Writing Skills Programme (June–July 2026).
This intensive training programme is designed to help early-career health and biomedical researchers develop the skills needed to write competitive research and fellowship proposals and secure international research funding.
The programme will be delivered fully online and includes interactive sessions, proposal development exercises, and peer review activities. Participants will work towards developing a strong research proposal during the training period.
