The Women’s Infectious Diseases in Global Health Scholars (WINGS) Program is a two-year structured career development initiative designed to strengthen leadership and professional skills among early-career investigators focused on women’s global infectious diseases.

WINGS scholars will benefit from:

Monthly sessions with guest speakers on key research topics

Peer mentorship and networking opportunities

Biannual meetings with a dedicated research advisory team tailored to scholars’ interests

Two days of leadership skill-building and three days at the “Global Infectious Diseases across a Woman’s Lifespan” course
Eligibility:

Primary research focus on women’s global infectious diseases

Hold a doctoral-level degree (MD or PhD)

K23 and KL2 recipients encouraged to apply

Open to US-based and international trainees
